We collect your name, email, age group, learning progress, and chat messages with the AI tutor. Payment data is processed by BTCPay Server (for crypto) and Coinbase (for cards via their hosted checkout) - we do not store card numbers.
Your data is used to provide personalized tutoring, track lesson progress, and manage your subscription. AI conversations are processed locally on our servers - no data is sent to cloud AI services.
All data is stored on our self-hosted servers. No third-party cloud databases are used. AI inference runs locally on Apple Silicon hardware.
You have the right to: access your data, export your data, request deletion, and withdraw consent. Use the Settings page or contact us to exercise these rights.

CleverPupil is designed for children ages 5-17. Parental consent is required for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent.
